When it comes to all health and fitness goals, the major key is consistency. It doesn't matter if it's weight loss, muscle gain, or improving your stamina, you must stay consistent with your routine to get the results you are looking for.
If you aren't seeing immediate results with your program, consistency is hard to maintain so I've got a challenge for you.
Instead of challenging yourself to lose X amount of weight by a certain date or put on a few lbs of muscle in the next month, let's flip the narrative and challenge your commitment.
How many days this week did you complete your workout?
How many mornings did you kick off with a 10 minute meditation?
How many lunches did you make at home? How many dinners?
How many nights this week did you get 8 hours of sleep?
Remember, these changes are skills. You’re not going to be great at it right away. The point is not to be perfect, it’s to make progress. Not even a lot, just a bit, each day and the results will come.
If you would like some help keeping track of your progress and daily habits, I can help with this.
E-mail me directly and we can chat about how to get you back on track.
